Nov 30, 2019· Looks like there is not enough room on the top of the spindle shaft to move the retainer. Best to remove some metal off the top of the axle to allow the shaft to drop down lower. I figured using the thinnest washers with the bearing 9/64" space is needed. There is a lot of meat on the top so removing metal would not be an issue.
